Sourdough Cookies & Biscotti

Browned butter and just a touch of sourdough starter for an extra layer of depth in these otherwise classic dark chocolate chunk cookies.

We offer 6 different kinds of Biscotti Cantucci, a very traditional style of biscotti that belong with our coffee and wine.

Sourdough Cake

These cakes feature both sourdough starter and a blend of house crumbs from breads, cookies, biscotti, and other cakes! These cakes can accompany a coffee or wine whether in our house or yours.

These cakes are not allergy friendly and contain indistinguishable crumb pieces of walnuts, pecans, sesame and chocolate.

• Chocolate and Cherry Cake - with just a bit of orange zest. Cherries will rotate with seasonally available fruits.

• Citrus Spice Cake - The baker's favourite! Lightly in house candied orange and lemon slices top this cake flavoured with fennel, anise, freshly grated nutmeg and lemon zest.
